Advanced Reservation Policy
Reservations are highly recommended and are offered on a first come, first serve basis. Reservations can be made online or in person and may be made up to one month in advance.
Class Cancellation Policy
Classes must be cancelled within 6 hours of class start time to avoid forfeiting a session for any package or ClassPass holders, or incurring a $10 cancellation fee for unlimited members. Classes cancelled after the 6 hour mark may be switched for any time (earlier or later) within the same day of the original reservation.
Class Attendance & Reservations
After 5 minutes, no entry will be allowed into class. If a member has not checked in at the time of class starting, their spot may be relinquished to a member on the waitlist.
If you make it in off the waitlist, you will receive an automatic notification via email and text message. Not confirming this spot within 2 hours of receiving may release this spot to another member on the waitlist.
New Member Policy
All first-time clients must arrive 20 minutes prior to class start time to get set up for class and familiarized with our equipment or we will reschedule for another class time. All first-time students must fill out a liability waiver prior to using the Training Center.
All class packs, event passes, and Boot camps may be purchased online or in person. All classes must be purchased prior to participation in class. We accept MC, Visa, and American Express. No cash payments will be accepted in-studio. If payment for services cannot be processed when due, services or privileges may be suspended or terminated.
All discount codes, promotions, and referral programs must be presented at the time of purchase for them to be applied to a membership. All class fees, future prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change.

Introductory Offer Policy
Introductory offers are only good for new members and may only be used once. Each new member may only purchase one of the introductory offers.
Membership Freeze Policy
You may place your membership on hold up to 60 days per year. All freeze requests must be sent to questions@ trxtrainingcenter.com includin g member name, dates to be frozen, and reason for freeze. No requests will be processed over the phone or in person.
You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing questions@ trxtrainingcenter.com within 3 business days prior to the start of any billing cycle to avoid an additional month’s payment. Please include member name, date you’d like to cancel, and reason for cancellation. Once the request is submitted, any payment that has already processed will allow you to utilize your membership through the end of that month. We will not back date any cancellations nor refund any unused classes prior to the request date.
Grandfathered pricing will be applicable only as long as an account is kept current. If an account becomes delinquent, it is subject to current pricing once re-activated.
Health Requirements & Age Policy
Please make sure to check with your primary care physician to make sure that you are healthy enough to participate in TRX. All participants must fill out a liability waiver before participating in a TRX class. Any members under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Dress Code Policy
All class participants must enter the TTC studio space in appropriate class attire. No entry will be permitted without closed toed athletic shoes, tops, and bottoms for the safety of our members.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, TRX Training Center may issue a refund in its sole discretion to you for a period up to ninety (90) days after you have taken a TRX class.
