Advanced Reservation Policy
Reservations are highly recommended and are offered on a first come, first serve basis. Reservations can be made online or in person and may be made up to one month in advance.
Class Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be canceled online or by phone up to 2 hours before each class. Failure to cancel within the grace period will result in the deduction of a single class credit.
All first-time students must fill out a liability waiver prior to using the Training Center. First-time students are asked to show up to their first TRX class 15 min prior to the start of class. There is a 10 min grace period to participate in all studio classes. As a courtesy to the class in session, no new participants will be allowed to enter a class after that time. If a member has not checked in by the start of class, their spot may be relinquished to any members that are on a waitlist for that class.
Any no-shows will count as a full class credit for class pack members.
New Member Policy
It is important to arrive 10-15 minutes before class to get you fully acquainted with the studio, facility, and our TRX straps. If you arrive 5 minutes before class begins, we will not have enough time to get you oriented and into class. We do this because we want you to have a great TRX experience. If you can’t be there 10-15 minutes before your first class, we are happy to reschedule. Please contact the front desk at (415) 655-4797.
All class packs, event passes, and Boot camps may be purchased online or in person. All classes must be purchased prior to participation in class. We accept MC, Visa, and American Express. Cash payments may only be made in-studio. If payment for services cannot be processed when due, services or privileges may be suspended or terminated.
All discount codes, promotions, and referral programs must be presented at the time of purchase for them to be applied to a membership. All class fees, future prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change.

Introductory Offer Policy
Introductory offers are only good for new members and may only be used once. Each new member may only purchase one of the introductory offers.
Membership Freeze Policy
Members may request a membership freeze. Please contact the front desk.
Membership cancellation must be done either in person or via email. Pro-rates and refunds are not given for any unused classes and may not be transferred between clients.
Grandfathered pricing will be applicable only as long as an account is kept current. If an account becomes delinquent, it is subject to current pricing once re-activated.
Please make sure to check with your primary care physician to make sure that you are healthy enough to participate in TRX. All participants must fill out a liability waiver before participating in a TRX class.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, TRX Training Center may issue a refund in its sole discretion to you for a period up to ninety (90) days after you have taken a TRX class.
